KiZ Consultant and Practitioner Training
KAIZEN Institute of Zambia Limited (KIZ), in conjunction with Japanese Training Instructors, on November 19 -20th, conducted Level-1 KAIZEN Consultants Training, the first in the 2020 KAIZEN Training Certification Programme for KAIZEN consultants at its Kwacha House Annex office in Lusaka. The KAIZEN Consultant Training goes up to Level 4 to complete the Programme and be Certified.

AS part of orientation, new staff at KAIZEN Institute of Zambia Limited (KiZ) on Monday, Nov. 16, 2020, attended a virtual ‘Houshin Kanri’ Training Session facilitated by Ms. Kanae Yamamoto, a JICA expert seconded to KiZ, Houshin Kanri, just like Balanced Scorecard, is a breakthrough management strategy and core process of Total Quality Management and a powerful management instrument for achieving business objectives.
