KAIZEN Institute of Zambia Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation and desires to remain so. This, therefore, requires that all members of staff regularly hold QMS awareness meetings for everyone in the organization to remind ourselves what is expected of us.

Each employee is assigned a topic in line with the 10 ISO clauses. In the picture, the member of staff was taking us through clause 7 on Support. A fully operational QMS enables an organization to gain the confidence to achieve its desired goals set out in its policy and strategy. It further provides efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction in service or products by interacting them with the customer at every transaction interface.
